The Laneway Block Party, presented by Toronto Life, is the National Home Show’s newest hot spot to grab a drink, shoot hoops with friends on the RE/MAX basketball court and tour trendy laneway houses. Walk inside six different model suites, presented by Resimate, showcasing small space solutions, multi-purpose functionality, design trends, sustainable materials and smart home technology. Also on the showfloor, an alleyway is re-imagined as an urban park, designed by EZ Blocks, offers drink sampling, shopping, live music and mural artists at work. Plus, don’t miss a day of ground-breaking education with the industry’s best laneway experts at The Enbridge Main Stage on Thursday, March 13.
Also part of the Laneway Block Party, visitors will find the Humber Polytechnic Demo Kitchen, where emerging culinary talent, from Culinary Arts students at Humber Polytechnic, will serve up easy recipes, kitchen hacks and daily demos to inspire your next meal. Around the corner from the party, the Food & Decor Street features the freshest finds in a new shopping zone dedicated to tasty treats, hand-crafted wares, bespoke home decor and unique pieces for entertaining.
