It’s just off of Bathurst, and it’s beautiful.
It’s two storeys (no basement), but each floor is over 1,000 square feet (it received variances to go quite a bit larger than normally permitted).
It’s set behind and below an old house, that has been converted into a 5-unit apartment building, all on a lot that is about 60′ x 150′.
We do not know the floorplan, but we do note that late in the building permit procedure they added an extra kitchenette in a ground-level bedroom, so it now has two meal preparation areas (otherwise known as kitchens).
There is still a bit of landscaping to finish, but it’s ready to go, otherwise.
