60!
This week we hit 60 building permit applications in at City Hall for garden suites in Toronto.
That’s a fairly high pace, considering the program only emerged from an unsuccessful appeal period in early July of this year.
While we have official documentation and plans in at City Hall for 60 projects now, no doubt many more are in the planning stages, and we’ll continue to see an increase in applications all through 2023.
